This registration is to sign up Shelby County residents for the second dose of PFIZER COVID-19 vaccine.

• 2nd doses Pfizer for those who received  1st dose on or before Feb. 4th.

YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO RECEIVE THE VACCINE.
