Art Fair JH - August 2022

Location: Center for the Arts lawn - 265 S. Cache Street

Fair Hours: Friday & Saturday, 10am - 6pm. Sunday, 10am - 4pm

The Art Fair JH relies on a team of AMAZING volunteers to help us organize artists, welcome patrons to the fair, and keep things running smoothly. Please sign up for 3-hour volunteer shifts on the sign up below by ticking the check mark next to each shift and then 'Submit and Sign Up' at the bottom of browser window. If you're having trouble, contact [email protected] . We are SO SO grateful to our volunteers - YOU MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

Volunteer Benefits

  • 6 hours = FREE membership: 10% off classes & workshops, 10% art supply purchases, open studio access, and more!
  • 9 hours = FREE upgrade to Family membership
  • 15 hours = $25 off any A!A class

The following positions are available:

Thursday, August 4, 2022

  • Art Fair Lawn Signs - set up pink lawn signs at specific locations throughout town
  • Fencing - put up a rope fence around the Art Fair on the Center for the Arts lawn

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, August 5 - 7, 2022

  • Coffee Pick Up from McDonald's
  • Entrance Booth - collect cash & card entry fees
  • Booth Sitter - watch over an artist's booth while they take a 15 min break
  • Garbage - transfer full garbage bags to dumpster

This job best done with a buddy! Donated coffee from McD's is free for artists & vols. In your own vehicle, pick up a large jug of coffee from their store (1110 W Broadway) and bring it to the Center by 9am. We'll meet you with a cart on the Glenwood side
