2022 Events

Art Fair JH - June 2022

Location: Center for the Arts lawn | 265 S. Cache Street

Fair Hours: Friday & Saturday, 10am - 6pm. Sunday, 10am - 4pm

The Art Fair JH relies on a team of AMAZING volunteers to help us organize artists, welcome patrons to the fair, and keep things running smoothly. Please sign up for 3-hour volunteer shifts on the sign up below by ticking the check mark next to each shift and then 'Submit and Sign Up' at the bottom of browser window. If you're having trouble, contact [email protected] . We are SO SO grateful to our volunteers - YOU MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

The following positions are available:

Thursday, June 16, 2022

  • A!A Set Up - help us set up our entrance booths and fair signage
  • Artist Support - direct artists to their booth, help them get familiar with the event space
  • Parking Control at the Center for the Arts - direct artists to unloading zones and off-site parking
  • Fairgrounds Parking Control - direct artists to RV/trailer parking sites on fairgrounds property
  • Fencing - put up a rope fence around the Art Fair on the Center for the Arts lawn

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, June 17-19, 2022

  • Coffee Pick Up from McDonald's
  • Entrance Booth - collect cash & card entry fees
  • Booth Sitter - watch over an artist's booth while they take a 15 min break
  • Garbage & Recycling - sort recycling bins, transfer full garbage cans to dumpster
