Back to School Volunteers

This is our 3rd Annual Back to School Event. This year, even more than others, our community will need all the support they can in getting their kids back to school with the necessary supplies and clothing. We need your help to ensure this event runs smoothly. Please review the different positions below and volunteer in a category you are interested in. If you do not have a preference where you are stationed, sign up under General Volunteers. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old to volunteer on Saturday. Children younger than 16 are welcome to help with Thursday and Friday activities.

Volunteers should be available for the entire event time. Depending on position, you may be asked to be at the event as early as 730, but most will be between 8-8:30 arrival times. Volunteers should plan to help with cleanup after the event, if possible. This should take no more than 30 minutes.

If you are looking to sponsor this event or have questions about donations, please contact Charity at 512.656.0450 or [email protected]
