EDH Art, Beer & Wine Festival Volunteers

The El Dorado Hills Art, Beer & Wine Festival, a tradition since 2003, is back LIVE over Mother's Day weekend, May 7 - 8, 2022, 11 AM - 5 PM.

Tasting Ticket Details: All of our volunteers receive a complimentary tasting ticket; most redeem the day they are not volunteering. Tickets are transferrable; must be age 21+ to redeem and everyone will be carded. Unlimited tastings are Noon - 4:30 PM daily. Unlimited tasting tickets for sampling over 30 award-winning wineries, breweries, and kombucharies are $35 through May 6 and $45 at the gate. Admission to the Festival is free.

Sunday Volunteers: You are welcome to use your free unlimited tasting ticket on Saturday to enjoy the Festival then, and we'll see you for your volunteer shift on Sunday (yes the honor system and thank you). Simply arrive at the Volunteer Check-In (Sandra's Rose Garden in front of Milestone's patio) for your tasting kit at your preferred time to enjoy the Festival.

Volunteer Shift Details: Meet at Sandra's Rose Garden across from Milestone Restaurant at the start of your volunteer shift for instructions. Please allow ample time for parking and arriving promptly for your shift. We appreciate your time and cooperation in helping to make our Festival so special!

Please note: We will make every effort to place you in your requested area, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and flexibility should we need to make adjustments at the Festival.
