Divine Mercy Care Volunteers
We are so thankful for our volunteers and depend on them for the success of so many of our programs. Our volunteer needs often change, but we have some in-office tasks that are ongoing. In order to make sure someone from Divine Mercy Care is available to guide you, we ask that you please sign up for each day that you'd like to volunteer. Please specify the estimated hours that you're able to help us.
Here are some of the areas in which we most frequently need assistance:
Help with website, social media, monthly newsletter, blog posts, video filming and editing. Meme creation. Finding content for DMC and PWHC Facebook pages)
Development Donor Management
Personal notes and emails and calls as thank-yous.
Request donation renewal by phone.
Help with scheduling meetings.
Addressing personal thank-you notes.
Administrative Donation Management
Help with thank-you notes – printing, stuffing.
Call people with declined credit cards for proper processing or renewal.
Administrative Support in DMC Office
Organize/File DMC documents and office shelves. Shredding documents.
Buy food or pick up items, set-up, check-in, or clean-up, etc. at certain events including educational events, infant loss service, gala.
