Welcome to Shady Grove Elementary School!
We will be completing the registration process for new students by appointment only on the days listed below. In order to complete the New Student Registration Process, parents are required to bring in the following documents:
- Original birth certificate (even if supplied online)
- Valid ID
- Current utility bill (within 30 days)
- Immunization and physical record (if student has received them)
If you did not submit any documents when enrolling online at https://henricoschools.us/registration/, you will be required to also bring a lease, deed, or mortgage statement.
When entering our school building (12200 Wyndham Lake Drive), please remain 6 ft apart from other people and wear a mask. Only one adult will be permitted per family and will only be allowed in the vestibule.
