Eric Doyle, who has been the lead planner for the Centennial, is also the Hollyhock Lane Parade director. Please consider being a co-director while he spends a good majority of his time on the parade until July.

Plan, coordinate and host Monthly Movies during the summer at Pontiac Field
Concerts in the Park Coordinator (2)
Event Planning and Hosting of Community concerts in the park - GR Symphony, Jazz Society, or even local bands using the mobile city stage or amphitheater at the school
OHNA Centennial Merchandise Coordinator (2)
Design and produce OHNA Centennial T-Shirts and Commemorative Swag to provide to volunteers
Historical Highlights and Factoids about OHNA coordinator (2)
Research and provide content of historical highlights and factoids to be posted to Centennial page on website and monthly newsletter
Centennial Community Celebration Coordinator (3)
Event Planning and Hosting of a Community Wide Celebration Event with a 1920’s theme
Neighborhood Block Parties (11)

Designer for Centennial Promotional Materials (2)
Design and production of printed and electronic pieces promoting the centennial to distribute at events such as the Garden Tour and National Night Out and other events for throughout the centennial year.

Development a PR strategy to get news releases out about events so that the greater community can also participate and help celebrate
Document centennial events for use in newsletter, website and social media. As well as a digital archive for historical purposes.
Plant a Commemorative Tree (2)
Plan, select and secure a location for a special tree to commemorate our 100 years.
Commemorative Home Plaques (2)
Design services to come up with commemorative Ottawa Hills outdoor plaques with the year it was built
OHNA Historical Designation Sign (2)
Research and Application for the Michigan Historical Society Plaque - the signage is potentially several thousand dollars but there are programs in place to help
Holiday Sleigh Rides (2)
Event coordination, logistics, and host holiday sleigh rides through the neighborhood
Social Media Coordinators (2)
