PLEASE HELP US WITH REGISTRATION: When you register a group of people, please indicate the names of the people that you are registering for in the comment box. This allows us to keep accurate records of worship attendance during these unique times. We thank you for your assistance. (EXAMPLE: John Smith (5) - John, Jane, Joey, Bill Brainard, Susan Park).
PLEASE NOTE: if you have any special needs please include those in the comments portion of the sign up sheet. If you have a seating preference, please suggest one, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
REQUIREMENT: You are required when you register for Worship to agree to this statement: "For everyone's safety, I agree to contact St. John's Lutheran Church if I contract the COVID-19 Virus within 14 days of attending a Worship Service." If you do contract the virus contact Pastor Ben at 708-354-1690 (ext. 213) to leave a confidential message on his voice mail.
