Bay High School Marching Band
Please sign up below to help out with uniforms on Game Days, festivals, and other "full-uniform" events this season. We need adult volunteers for each game/event to assist with uniform distribution, inspection, and help with last minute repairs and replacements.
When the band departs the stands to assemble for their halftime show, game day volunteers will assist with plume distribution and collection. Plume volunteers will need to come to the Bay Band area at least twenty minutes before halftime. No plumes during inclement weather. Please note: Plume volunteers for away games will need private transportation.
After the game, back at BHS, volunteers will help check in uniforms, confirming that all pieces are hung up and stored correctly.
Volunteer times are estimated and may be different each week. Pre-game Volunteers should plan to arrive 45 minutes prior to Mr. Allen's posted attendance time for the assigned game. Post-game uniform check-in is typically completed within 20-30 minutes of the band's return to the high school. If you can't stay for the whole game, consider finding a partner to share the pre- and post-game responsibilities.
