Hospitality Committee (27)

provide food, beverages, and physical time for set-up, serving, and clean-up for several events. (See the HSA Events and Committees document for a complete description) A great option for parents with young kids and working parents who like to cook

Marketing Committee (2)

assist marketing chair in determining and executing on the school marketing plan. Includes public relations and graphic design.

Home and School Association President Elect

The President-Elect will shadow the current Co-Presidents & take over as one of the co-presidents next year with an experienced partner. The position is a 2-yr commitment. You will oversee the HSA Committees & lead meetings.

Movie Night Chair

plan, set up and host 3 of these kid friendly get-togethers. Volunteers will also be needed during the event for form collection, food prep, and sales and supervision.

assist Movie Night chair in the planning and execution of these 3 kid-friendly events.

Enrichment Coordinator

the coordinator will utilize our guidance counselor for ideas and will plan one enrichment activity for the students and parents.

Fall Fest Chair for 2019

coordinate the volunteer assignments at Fall Fest. Planning, promotion and administration of the volunteer signup forms and communication of volunteer commitment time. You will partner with parish volunteers.

Auction Photographer

Photograph the 2019 St. Charles Parish & School Dinner and Auction on March 9, 2019 at the Milwaukee Marriott West hotel. Photographer needed from 4:30 - 9:30 pm. Please have own equipment. Images to include pre-event venue, couple/group, and candid shots

Library Book Coverings (in school)

learn how to cover books with Mrs. Acker. Then, as books come in you can cover on your own. This occurs about every 6 weeks, depending on new book purchases. Fridays work best. Choose your Friday and the time of day.

Library Book Coverings (at home) (2)

learn how to cover books using contact paper with Mrs. Acker and a past parent. Then, as paperback books are purchased you can take home a box with books and supplies. This might occur 3 to 4 times per year.
