20-21 PHS Student Athletes
Athletes may sign up for two sessions per week (Monday through Friday). You must use your poquoson.org email to sign up.
Weight Training Protocol:
1. All athletes will enter through the side gym door (door number 4).
2. Masks are required in the building and weight room at all times when social distancing cannot be maintained (example: Moving from station to station).
3. Bring an extra mask (a sweaty mask is uncomfortable).
4. Bring enough water to last the full 45-minute session (recommend 30 ounces).
5. Athletes must be on time and listed on the signup to participate.
6. Hand sanitizer will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if it makes you more comfortable.
7. All athletes are expected to listen and be respectful of all instructions given by Coach Deforest.
