For ages 12-14. Held in the Sport's Enhancement Center downstairs.
This is a great class for kids to learn the fundamentals of strength training. Participants will learn how to safely use free weights as well as other exercise equipment and body weight movements to build muscular endurance and strength. Sign-ups for each month open one week prior to each new month.
This sign-up will open at 9:00 am on Friday, 9/23.
