Beginning and Intermediate Guitar Lessons

This class will meet every Monday January 25th through February 22

Cost: $20 

This class will run if there are at least 4 participants for each session 

5:00-6:00 pm (a beginner’s course for high school and older)

Beginning Guitar is a course designed to introduce basic guitar playing to beginners with no previous music study needed. Emphasis is placed on learning guitar skills by playing the music of the students’ choice. 

6:15-7:15 pm (an advanced course for high school and older)

Intermediate Guitar is a course designed to pursue guitar subject matter beyond the knowledge of 1st position chords. The focus of the class will be to review the open chords, as well as to learn the following: bar chords, tab reading, chords progressions, strumming, theory, and scales. There will still be an emphasis placed on learning guitar skills by playing the music of the students’ choice.
