Focusing on muscular strength, range of motion, activity for daily living skills, and low impact cardio. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. This is a beginner level class for seniors.
Masks are required for this class. Please adjust your exertion level accordingly.
To accomodate for appropriate social distancing, we will allow a maximum of 18 individuals in the class. One timeslot is allowed per member each day.
Please stay home if you have a cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath or any other symptoms.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, it will be considered abandoned. If reservations are repeatedly abandoned or excessive reservations are made each day, usage may be suspended.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your timeslot to check in and head to the arena/group fitness studio. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
