Mondays and Wednesdays 9:45-10:30am with Bailey.
Focusing on muscular strength, range of motion, activity for daily living skills, and low impact cardio. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance.
To accomodate for appropriate social distancing, we will allow 6 individuals to participate in Group Fitness Classes. We require that you wipe down your equipment before and after use. Please stay home if you have a cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath or any other symptoms. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class to get checked in, wash your hands and proceed to the group fitness room for class.
Due to rising COVID-19 cases in our local communities, we ask that members/guests are extra diligent in monitoring their symptoms. We would like to remind everyone experiencing symptoms of any capacity or in the process of being tested to kindly not visit the facility.
