Mondays 5:30pm-6:15pm with Bailey
Join in on this energetic circuit training for a total body workout. Low weight and high rep stations are sure to assist in toning your muscles. Drumsticks, dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, and Suspension straps create a variety of exercises for you.
To accomodate for appropriate social distancing, we will allow 6 individuals to participate in Group Fitness Classes. We require that you wipe down your equipment before and after use. Please stay home if you have a cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath or any other symptoms. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before class to get checked in, wash your hands and proceed to the group fitness room for class.
Due to rising COVID-19 cases in our local communities, we ask that members/guests are extra diligent in monitoring their symptoms. We would like to remind everyone experiencing symptoms of any capacity or in the process of being tested to kindly not visit the facility.
