Balanced Fitness is back! Participants will learn to improve strength in key joints and stimulation drills to keep them upright on the right path to wellness.
Focus is on the ability to maintain an upright position. The term “postural stability” describes balance more specifically as the ability of an individual to maintain their center of gravity within a base of support.
Balanced Fitness is an intermediate level class for seniors and those who want to improve overall balance and stability.

To accomodate for appropriate social distancing, we will allow a maximum of 14 individuals in the class. One timeslot is allowed per member each day.
Please stay home if you have a cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath or any other symptoms.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, it will be considered abandoned. If reservations are repeatedly abandoned or excessive reservations are made each day, usage may be suspended.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your timeslot to check in and head to the arena/group fitness studio. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
