Do you want an aerobic workout with the added benefit of water resistance? How about a class without all the impact on your joints? Our class will take you through a wide range of exercise levels. Go as hard or as light as you want to! This is a great class for the very fit or a beginner!
To accomodate for appropriate social distancing, we will allow 10 individuals in the pool at a time. One timeslot is allowed per member each day. We require that you shower before entering the pool.
Please stay home if you have a cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath or any other symptoms. Masks are required when in the hallways, bathrooms and locker rooms.
Due to rising COVID-19 cases in our local communities, we ask that members/guests are extra diligent in monitoring their symptoms. We would like to remind everyone experiencing symptoms of any capacity or in the process of being tested to kindly not visit the facility.
The pool and locker rooms will be closed Monday through Friday from 9:30-10:00am and 2:30-3:30pm as well as Saturday from 11:30am-12:00pm for cleaning. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation, it will be considered abandoned. If reservations are repeatedly abandoned or excessive reservations are made each day, usage may be suspended.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your timeslot to check in, get changed and shower. You will have 30 minutes after your timeslot to shower and change. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
