Our overarching message will be Health and Safety First!

BCAW Booth - Promoting CO Rising:
The BCAW booth will be promoting CO Rising and Safer Setbacks this year. We need the following volunteers to make the booth a success:
Friday, Sept 14 - Setup crew of two. Setup will include putting up canopy, tables, chairs, and signs sometime Friday during the day.
Saturday, Sept 15 - Watch booth early morning and during parade (from 8:00 am to 11:00 am) - one worker will do. This is a quiet time so bring a book and relax.
Saturday, Sept 15 - Event Staff (from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm). Spend a two hour shift after the parade to hand out CO Rising literature and help educate the community. We will have a prize wheel. We need 2-3 people per shift.
Saturday, Sept 15 - Tear Down (5:00 pm). At the end of the event, we need a couple people to pack everything up and haul it to the loading area. Simply wander back to the booth after the event and help us pack up!
This is an amazingly fun day! Please join us for the Parade and stay throughout the day. You can March in the Parade, Pick a 2 hour slot to staff our booth, and still have time to visit the other booths!
