Virtual Wellness Program: January 2022

Virtual Wellness classes explore topics such as Diabetes, Keys to Weight Loss, Managing Stress,  and Holistic Wellness. Virtual Wellness Classes are offered via ZOOM. Each class is intended to engage employees, encourage collaboration, increase knowledge, prevent injury, and reduce risks for developing health related conditions. Beginner’s Fitness is a four-week chronic condition prevention seminar that takes participants through the different stages of lifestyle change towards results.Upon the completion of this program, employees are eligible to win a $50 gift card drawing by attending 2 out of 3 classes and completeing the post class survey.

Virtual Wellness Classes are expected to last one hour. Participants must attend 2 out of the 3 classes and complete the class survey to be eligible to win a $50 gift card drawing.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO HOLIDAYS, THIS SERIES WILL BE CONDENSED TO THREE WEEKS!

Virtual Wellness topics include:

  • Keys to Weight Loss
    • Tuesday, January 11, 18, & 25 at 2:00 p.m.
    • Thursday, January 13, 20 & 27 at 10:00 a.m.
  • Beginner Fitness
    • Tuesday, January 11, 18, & 25 at 10:00 a.m.
  • Reducing Stress
    • Tuesday, January 11, 18, & 25 at 12:00 p.m.
    • Wednesday, January 12, 19 & 26 at 1:30 p.m.
  • Diabetes Prevention
    • Wednesday, January 12, 19 & 26 at 11:00 a.m.
    • Thursday, January 13, 20 & 27 at 1:00 p.m.

 

  • *Must attend at least two classes of the same topic and complete the survey to be eligible to win the $50 gift card drawing.

Upon completion of the Virtual Wellness Program participants will be asked to complete a survey.
