Join us for a fun strength and conditioning class on the lawn!
Warm up then rotate through circuit excersises and cool down with some stretching. Good music and laid back atmosphere! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (we do have extras). Class limited to 10 people (hand sanitizer and wipes will be provided and social distancing will be maintained). Hope to see you there!
