TUESDAY, November 17th, from 4:30 to 6 PM in DRIGGS
In this hands-on workshop, you will learn about fermentation! You'll make Sauerkraut, Beet Kvass and Kimchi. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to take home your creation to enjoy (yes, it will be ready to enjoy just in time for Thanksgiving!). All ingredients and materials are included in the price, and will be ready for you upon arrival.
MILES KNOLLS will be instructing this workshop. Miles has been making healthy home ferments for over a decade. His interest in fermented foods began after discovering that they could help remedy a variety of digestive issues that he experienced after eating adventurously during travels overseas. Miles is dedicated to growing and supporting locally-produced agriculture, including the mini-homestead he currently maintains at his home in Driggs.
