Two people per horse, one of which must be the licensed owner, will be granted access to the Woodbine Grandstand apron for thirty (30) minutes only to view your race for undercard races.
Four people per horse, one of which must be the licensed owner, will be granted access to the Woodbine Grandstand apron for thirty (30) minutes only to view your race for the Ontario Fashion Stakes (GR III) and the Belle Mahone Stakes.
Owners must sign up online, in advance. To determine which race your horse is entered in, please click here for the Overnight for Saturday September 26th.
Access to the apron will be gained through the Gate 10 entrance, west side of building by Horsepeople's parking. At the point of entry, each owner shall present their AGCO Licence and undergo screening and a temperature check. Physical distancing must be practiced at all times. Owners and guests will exit through Gate 10 to return to the Horsepeople's parking. Access to the grandstand is only for the purpose of traveling to the apron and exiting.
After signing up below, to help avoid line ups at the entrance, owners and their guest are asked to answer the screening questions THE DAY OF YOUR RACE BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE SECURITY CHECK POINT. The screening questions to be filled out day of can be found here. (Completing the screening questionnaire does not register an owner for a spot and should only be done once they have completed registration through the Sign-Up Genius below)
Owners are able to join in the winner's circle, but must maintain social distancing from the racing participants. There will be no access to the Saddling Paddock, Racing Operations Office or the Grandstand. All owners are asked to plan accordingly for the weather, and a face mask must be worn at all times. No food or beverage will be available at this time. One temporary washroom is available outside of paddock.
