Join us for a moderate intensity aerobic workout utilizing various water weights along with shallow and deep water exercises! Increase your flexibility, promote greater range of motion, grow your strength and balance, and improve your cardiovascular fitness!

$30 for Colony Pool Members $40 for Non-Members
