Water Fitness

Join us for a moderate intensity aerobic workout utilizing various water weights along with shallow and deep water exercises! Increase your flexibility, promote greater range of motion, grow your strength and balance, and improve your cardiovascular fitness!

Session 1: July 11-23*
Session 2: July 26- August 6
$30 for Colony Pool Members $40 for Non-Members
*The first week of Session 1 will run Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday due to a swim meet July 12
