Denver Metro Emergency Food Network
DMEFN delivers free, prepared meals to homebound families and elderly individuals in need during the COVID-19 crisis. We deliver 3 days a weeks within a 10 mile radius of north west Denver. We ask that you have a reliable vehicle and a smart phone.
Beginning June 16th, DMEFN will also be delivering food to DPS students and families on Tuesdays and Wednesdays that are most affected by COVID and/or are mobilitiy challenged.
Shifts are 2-3 hours long. Please sign up, *at the latest*, by 9am the day of your shift! Each day, we route all of our drivers in the morning. If you are unable to make it to your shift, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reroute accordingly. If you sign up after 9am for that same day, please text or call our dispatch line: (720) 594-2065.
*When you sign up, please note any scheduling requests in the comments.* We are looking to fill the following shifts:
- Tuesday through Wednesday: 10:00AM, 10:30AM, 11:00AM, 11:30AM, 12:00PM & 1:00PM
Note: We have written our schedule with safety measures and social distancing in mind. If you anticipate arriving outside of your scheduled time, please let us know as soon as possible via text: (720) 594-2065.
