Fitness Room Notice
Beginning Monday, June 8, the fitness room will be open for use at the maximum capacity limit allowed of 50% with limited hours and operating procedures. This equates to 4 people at one time utilizing the fitness room. The fitness room will run on a reservation system weekdays only between the hours of 10 am - 3:30 pm. The fitness room will not be available on weekends until further notice.
A waiver must be signed in advance of utilizing the Fitness Room and other facilities. A copy of the waiver is attached below. Please submit your signed waiver to [email protected]
Below is a summary of the COVID-19 rules for the fitness center.
• USE OF THE FACILITIES IS AT YOUR DISCRETION. PLEASE USE CAUTION. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• GLOVE ENFORCEMENT UPDATE: Due to current State requirements on the use of gloves during workout times, the Association is only recommending that users BRING AND WEAR gloves. The use of gloves will not be required at this time.
• Users must disinfect any equipment before and after use, including exercise machines and weights, and equipment brought by the user must be disinfected before and after use (e.g., yoga mats). If no supplies are available, users should not use the facilities.
• Equipment should be spaced to allow at least six feet of separation between patrons; however, users are responsible for maintaining such space at all times. If the equipment is too close to allow for proper separation, users should alternate the use of the equipment to maintain a safe distance.
We ask that everyone be on time for reservations or cancel their time slots in consideration of others who may want to utilize the facilities. Arriving 20 minutes after the reserved time will forfeit the reservation. Multiple late arrivals or cancellations will require approval from management for future use.
