Crocker Park Wine Festival

2019 Crocker Park Wine Festival Volunteers

Thank you for volunteering for the Crocker Park Wine Festival!

Your support will assist us as we raise funds for our benefactor, University Hospitals, Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital.

Please be sure to include your email and a cell phone number so we can communicate with you regarding your shift or any last minute adjustments.  Also, if you are affiliated with a particular group or the beneficiary, please be sure to note that in the GROUP section so proper credit is given to the beneficiary / group.

All volunteers working 3 or more hours will receive a t-shirt. Discounted admission is available for anyone working 3 hours or more but is not transferable.  Must be 21 years of age or over to receive discounted admission.

Volunteers, especially those sampling beverages, are expected to maintain a professional appearance at all times and agree to follow sampling processes and procedures as outlined, including ticket taking, use of measured pour tops and not over sampling. Sampling the products at your designated table is acceptable - consuming an entire bottle of wine or six pack of beer during your shift is not acceptable.  Your cooperation in this area is much appreciated as we work to raise the most funds possible for our beneficiaries.

Please note that volunteer groups are more than welcome but we can not guarantee placement in the same area due to the festival layout.   We can guarantee you will have fun however!

Your time and talents are what make the Crocker Park Wine Festival a success and we thank you for your support!
