Kenmore Alliance Church (located at 175 Bonnett Ave, Tonawanda, 14150) is ready to come along side and bless WNY individuals and families with EMERGENCY assistance as long as donations last!! A DRIVE UP SERVICE (at our church location) is open to ALL WNY individuals and families FREE of charge on the dates and times listed below. Days/times are POSTED WEEKLY and can change based on volunteers, need, & government regulations.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO:
Step 1: Sign up for a time slot below. Please be respectful and show up for your time slot - no shows keep others from receiving needed assistance. IF YOU NEED CLOTHES or SHOES FOR CHILDREN, please be sure to include the gender(s) and size(s) needed in the comment section. (i.e.: boy size 5T clothes & 8T shoes; girl size 10/12 clothes & 7 shoes)
Step 2: Arrive during your time slot & park by marked ORANGE CONES in SIDE PARKING LOT.
Step 3: Ring door bell & come inside first set of doors when you arrive. MUST wear mask covering mouth & nose at all times (provided for you if you don't have one).
Step 4: Fill out "Emergency Request Form" for needed items (needed for ea visit). To save time (not required), you can print, complete & bring form with you - (.pdf file available online. http://kenmorealliance.com/covid-19-emergency-request-form)
Step 5: Volunteers use the completed "Emergency Request Form" to select & pack requested items (as available) while you wait; and bring items to you. Generally takes 10 minutes per family. Emergency clothing/shoes available upon request only (limits per person).
We generally also have FREE bread, bagels, & more from Panera Bread on-hand for families.
EMERGENCY ESSENTIALS AVAILABLE: Infant/toddler care essentials (diapers, pullups, wipes, baby food, formula, bottles, shampoo/body wash, blankets, etc.), basic toiletries/hygeine items (toothbrush, toothpaste, deo, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc), basic household essentials (laundry/dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), undergarments (socks, underwear, bras), basic non-perishable pantry food, emergency clothing/shoes (all ages/sizes), etc.
- Assistance can be requested every 2 weeks as needed.
- All items are free.
- Donations of funds and/or essential items are accepted and appreciated.
