SMH - PC/PV - In Person Visits

• We ask that each family only schedule one visit per week. This will allow more residents to have visitors.
   
• We ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled visit.
   
• You must wear a mask over your mouth and nose at all times. You must maintain 6ft phyiscal distance from other persons.
   
• October Visits - Please report to the front desk first for screening. You will receive a visitor badge and directions to the visit location.
   
• November Visits - Beginning November 1 all visits will be indoors. Please report to the front desk first for screening. You will receive a visitor badge and directions to Friendship Room A.
