Calling All Volunteers!

An event this big and this full of energy needs all the help it can get! So come join us – we would love to have you. We have lots of different ways you can help us. Check out our volunteer opportunities below and then sign up for the one that interests you! Not sure what you want to do? Just let us know at the email contact below. We will find you something!

When you arrive to volunteer please go to Amador High School 1155 Santa Rita Road outside the large gym near the front parking lot.  Look for the Volunteer Check-In Signs.  Once you have been checked-in, you will receive your Volunteer T-shirt and then be directed to your work location.  

Please note, volunteer names are not visible to other volunteers.

Duties: Teams of at least 2 will be given a portion of the route to decorate with flagging tape, arrows and signs.

Event Partner Support (4)

Duties: Place Partner signs along the route. Car will be needed. Maps, signs and necessary tools provided. Assist our walk partners with set up and break down of tables/displays. May also help with serving samples prior to walk start as time allows.

Duties: Set-Up Raffle table, man raffle table, sell raffle tickets, collect money from raffle ticket sales, draw winning names and take raffle baskets over to Finisher's Party.

Registration (18)

Minimum of 5 volunteers must be adults. Duties: Help walkers with registration. Includes handling out bib numbers, collecting money and walk waivers, verifying walkers are registered and have raised their minimum $200 pledge amounts.

Duties: Set-up tent, tables, food, drinks and other items at pit-stop area in DeLucci Park. Decorate according to theme. Staff pit stop. Tear down pit stop

Duties: People to take photos during all walk activities and then provide the photos to Tri-Valley SOCKs.

Duties: Ensure that the tables are filled/refilled w/ food & beverages at the finisher's party. Once event is over, tables cleared & trash put in bags.
