Democracy Days - Volunteering

United Way of Greater Toledo is working with the Toledo Lucas County Public Library and the City of Toledo Metroparks in hosting a series of Democracy Days on three consecutive Saturdays - September 12, 19, and 26 from 10 AM - 12 PM. The goal of this initiative is to create a highly visible campaign where Lucas County residents can go almost anywhere in the county and complete the census, register to vote, or apply for an absentee ballot on those Saturdays. September is our final month to help make sure everyone in Lucas County is counted and registered to vote.

As partners of this initiative, we are looking for volunteers to staff a table and ask visitors if they are registered to vote and if they have filled out the census. Volunteers will also help voters find their voting locations. Volunteers should plan to arrive at 9:45 for set up and further instruction from site staff. Please complete the sign-up below to volunteer.
