ADORATION

During Holy Hour, we will have the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament followed by a time of personal prayer in the presence of God, and conclude with Benediction of the Most Blessed Sacrament. This quiet time in the Lord's presence could be a time of personal prayer, meditation, bible study, contemplation, journaling or spiritual reading.
