The reservation system will be closing Friday, September 11th at 9pm.
We are having too many cases were people are showing up without a reservation which is making our greeters and ushers jobs very difficult. We only have a certain amount of available seats for each mass and in order to stay within our guidelines we need an accurate representation of how many and who showed up for mass for contact tracing purposes. These are the requirements set forth by the diocese. Please follow them. It is imperative that you make a reservation to attend mass each week.
Also, please make every attempt to get to the church as early as possible. The doors are open a half hour before each mass. We are getting several cases where there is a big rush 5 minutes before mass starts of people to check in and seat. Again this is making our greeters and ushers job very difficult.
Below is the sign up listing for our mass schedule. Please review the available slots below and click on the Sign Up button(a checkmark will appear), click on the Submit and Sign Up button at the bottom of the page, enter the name to sign up, and click the Sign Up Now button. It's that easy. You can sign up as a family using the Quantity field.
As part of this phase social distancing is required, and masks must be worn at all times upon entering other than receiving communion. We ask that you begin arriving, parking and using the East Side Main Entrance a half hour before mass and you are in the church no later than 5 minutes before mass starts. Upon entering you will be met and checked in by a greeter who will give further direction. You must remain in your assigned seat unless otherwise appropriate. Unfortunately, you must be able to walk up to receive communion.
If you wish to sign up for a mass and are not sure how to navigate the website, please contact Maureen Januszewski at 630-202-6972.
We are doing great as a parish community. By following these simple guidelines we can continue to worship safely and keep others safe around us.
