Senior Sweat

Pre-register for Senior Stretch class!

Senior sweat class is a 30 minute class with a variety of strength, cardio, and stretching exercises. The class is held Tuesday and Thursday every week at 8:00 and 8:35. During this class you will train for strength and cardio with aerobic exercises, balance and agility training and stretch using chairs, weights, exercise and medicine balls, bands, and TRX straps. It may be a senior class, but all are welcome.

Each class has limited slots to follow the guidelines recommended by the State of Maryland.

Social distancing must be maintained to participate in activities.

We reserve the right to cancel class if at least 5 participants have not pre-registered. Classes will be held outside if weather permits.

 

Members pay $3 per class, non-members pay $7 per class.

Senior members pay $2 per class, senior non-members pay $5 per class.
