**NEW AGE REQUIREMENTS**

Ninja Open Gym for ages 6 yrs old to 16 years old. No parent participation.  

Rec Open Gym- all ages welcome! Parent participation is REQUIRED for ages 5 and under. 

 

Water bottle and sneakers required!
