Group Fitness Schedule

Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up for a class. The schedule is released every Wednesday at 11am for the following week. When you arrive at RecPlex, please check in at the front desk.  A daily fee, punch pass, or All-In membership can be purchased at that time. Please double check your reservations, if you double registered yourself please call 847-640-1000 for assistance. Classes that have the instructor "FOD" is short for FitnessOnDemand. These classes utilize the TV screen in Studio 201 to project the instructor on the screen.

Group Exercise Participant Guidelines

  • Disinfectant wipes are available in each studio. Please wipe down any equipment or bike before and after use. 

  • Participants must reserve their spot on SignUpGenius prior to attending class.

  • Participants should maintain 6-ft. of distance during exercise. Spin bikes and distance markers are spaced out to provide at least this amount of distance between participants.

  • A face covering is required at all times.

  • Please bring your own water bottle as water fountains are unavailable. Water bottle refill stations are available.

  • Mats will be unavailable in the studios. Please bring your own or purchase one at the front desk.

  • According to the IDPH, if a participant is currently exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, they should wait to enter premises until they have had no fever for at least 72 hours, other symptoms have improved, and at least 10 days have passed since their symptoms first appeared.
