Reserve your tour using the QUANTITY dropdown menu for the hour preferred. NOTE: 1 slot = 1 person. Select the quantity representing the total number of people in your party (i.e. if you are coming with 4 people, select 4 slots). Infants age 12 months or younger do not require a slot to be reserved. If the number of slots needed for your group isn't visible it means there aren't enough spaces for your group for the time selected. Payment is collected via Signup Genius and is non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. Changes to or cancellations of your appointment need to be done via SignUp Genius. NOTE: If you arrive with more people in your party than slots you reserved, and that causes us to exceed our person limit for that time slot, we will ask you to reschedule for another date/time. We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to inclement weather (rain, ice, heavy snow) and will issue refunds for any affected by such cancellation on our part.
In keeping with state guidelines for the Omicron variant of COVID, please note our social distancing measures as follows: maximum capacity to 16 people per tour; masks are encouraged indoors. All of our employees are fully vaccinated. If you are not comfortable being in a mixed group of tour participants or with our COVID guidelines, we encourage you to postpone your visit until such are no longer needed. Our goal is to safely share the farm with as many people as we can. Please be considerate of others when making your reservation.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled tour. Because we have tours scheduled every hour, we cannot hold the start time for a tour beyond 5 minutes.
We want to manage capacity flow of visitors at the farm at any given time; as such we do not allow visitors to linger for picnics/snacks/meals during the pandemic. For your safety and that of our animals, no visitors are allowed to open or enter animal pens/areas without one of our farm tour guides present. Visitors' pets are not allowed on premise.
