April 25th kids program registration

Thank you for registering your child to be a part of our kids program! We are providing our kids program for children ages 0-12 years of age. Just a reminder that you only have to register your child if he/she plans to participate in our kids program - you no longer need to register if you are attending services in our foyer or auditorium.

Please be sure to ask the following questions on behalf of your entire group before attending:

  • Am I showing any flu-like symptoms?
  • Have I had a fever of 100.4 or higher in the past 14 days?
  • Have I had exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
  • Is there any medical reason why I believe I shouldn't be around others?

If you answered "yes" to any of the above questions, we ask that you continue to attend our ONLINE campus at https://live.newdaychurch.cc for now.
