Join Yoga Therapist Tracy Roberge, RYT500 for an afternoon designed to help you calm your busy mind and learn techniques that will ease your way through this hectic world.
We will move the body through a series of fully supported poses, introduce mindfulness with the breath and flow back to a state of relaxation. The workshop is in a supportive and safe environment that leads to total relaxation.
With clear instructions Tracy will gently guide the experienced practitioner and enthusiastic beginner, regardless of age, flexibility, or strength.
