Please first submit a student tech request on your child's LaunchPad Dashboard for technology support. If your issue is not resolved, review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up for a time to drop off your device and have a new device issued to your child, if they are available. Please make sure to bring in the charger with the device. If you are requesting a new device, the device should be ready for you at the time you choose unless you sign up on the same day as your appointment. Thank you!
