Driver PM (7:45PM - 8:15PM) From the Delonis Center Shelter, 312 W. Huron, pick-up and drive to St. Francis Gym. (Under "My Comment" type your "# __ of passenger seats available." The "Quantity" is 1 car-driver.) (Depending upon the actual number of men who stay at the gym we may need fewer vehicles to transport.)
Driver AM (6:50AM - 7:05AM) From St. Francis Gym drive to St. Andrew Episcopal, 306 N. Division Street. (Under "My Comment" type your "# __ of passenger seats available." The "Quantity" is 1 car-driver.) (Depending upon the actual number of men who stay at the gym we may need fewer vehicles to transport.)
Overnight host (9:00PM - 6:00AM) Take turns sleeping. Please bring your own sleeping bag and mat. (additional notes)
Coordinator AM (5:30AM - 7:20AM) Make coffee. (To gain access to the building knock on the gym door, and if necessary call, 734-480-8422 to alert hosts.) Move refrigerated snacks to gym table. Oversee the gym cleanup to insure all items are returned to the proper storage areas. Confirm drivers transporting guests. Confirm all areas are clean, and lock doors. (additional notes)
Coordinator PM (6:45PM - 10:00PM) Open gym. (A key is needed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday evenings.) Welcome guests. Coordinate, confirm presence, availability of set-up servers, drivers and overnight hosts. Meet the Delonis representative to confirm presence/absence of all guests. Insure 10pm lights out. Lock all doors for the night. (additional notes)
Snack Provider (Drop-off anytime during parish office hours,
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays between 8am - 8pm; Wednesdays between 8am - 4pm; Fridays between 8 am - 5:45pm). After you sign-up we can introduce your team of three providers, so you can talk about it, or, when you sign-up, you can simply type into the comment section what snack items you plan to bring, or your phone number. Here are some examples: -- 10 Yogurts and 2 boxes of granola bars; -- crackers, individually wrapped string cheese and Monterey Jack cheese; -- bananas, apples and oranges; -- cookies, chips, vegetables; -- orange juice, tea, coffee.
Set-up Server (7:00PM - 9:15PM) If you're under 18 years-of-age your parent is expected to supervise. Please type both names: "Your Name/Parent's Name" in the one name slot or under "My Comment" in sign-up. (additional notes)
