St. Francis Giving Tree Orgs

Giving Tree Organizations

In anticipation of the Christmas season & Advent, the parishioners of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Ann Arbor, would like to invite your organization, this year, to participate in our Giving Tree gift program, a long standing tradition at St. Francis.  We look forward to working with you on behalf of your clients who are in need of assistance.    The people of St. Francis want to share what we have with our neighbors who are less fortunate by collecting gifts that will help meet their basic needs/”reasonable” wants  at Christmastime.  Our families look forward to bringing the season’s joy to other families at Christmas.        (Parishioners and Donors Select the Gift-Tag(s) CLICK HERE!)

Participating Organizations,

I believe that personal and specific clients' needs make the best gift ideas.  If you want a specific gift or specific number of cards then use the spreadsheet to list gifts needed.

Or, alternativey, if you want to ask for any generic number or gift cards to stores then you may be listed in the announcement post I call:  Additional Gifts Are Needed for these organizations which are not listed on our Giving Tree spreadsheet/ornaments.  HERE is the example of the announcement.  Do you want your organization to also be listed?  -- _(org)____________ requests gift cards to _(store)___, _____ or ____. Please Post Mail them directly to: _(org)_____________, Street, ____, MI ___.

A link to your Google spreadsheet for entering your "gifts needed" will be provided once you sign-up here below to select your Gift-Pickup Day & Time. If needed you may swap days/times later.    By signing-up here now you are connecting us with the one contact person from your organization with whom we will work directly.    This sign-up schedule is one of our efforts to help keep us socially distanced.

Once you are in the spreadsheet, you will type in each "Gift Needed" one per line.   If applicable, you also include, especially for clothing, the size, gender, etc.   Personal and specific clients' needs and “reasonable wants” make good gift ideas.    We enjoy gift-wrapping, so if not wanted, indicate "(No wrapping.)"

Again this year, we are happy to try and provide the same number of "gifts needed" that our parish offered last year for your organization to request.    There is no guarantee that all gift-tags will be filled.  Sometimes requests may be returned to you unfulfilled.
