We are in need of some extra help for the Mead Band Potluck. The potluck part of the evening will take place in the cafeteria of the high school. We would like to provide some very simple decorations, and we will need help for setup and cleanup. If you are able, please sign up below. Note that the times given are the start and end times for the potluck itself. Once we know when we will have access to the cafeteria, the setup time may change. Note also, that the kids will go directly from the potluck to the Mead Parade of Lights, so cleanup may need to be rather quick. Thanks so much for all you do!
