Annunciation will celebrate public Mass and Vespers (Evening Prayer) during the week allowing a limited number of participants per the capacity threshold requirement as outlined by the Cardinal. Participants in the high-risk category including those experiencing any symptoms of illness should remain at home and worship along with the video stream available live on Facebook or on our website or other social media channels. Please know that when coming to Annunciation you do so at your own risk.
Due to the geographic diversity of our parishioners and the limited seating, all available seats MUST be reserved. Please sign up for the Mass and Vespers dates and times you wish to attend. Once the church has reached its capacity of 200, no others will be allowed to sign up.
Click on the SIGN UP below, then click SUBMIT. Enter the QUANTITY (number of seats) and add your contact information. You will receive a confirmation email. Please print out this confirmation and bring it with you or have it saved on your phone. Depending on how many sign up to attend, you may be asked to show your confirmation before entering. Those without a confirmation will be asked to wait until those who do have one are seated.
All attendess must enter through the side door facing Texas Avenue.
Masks must be worn AT ALL TIMES while inside Annunciation, including in the confessional and in the line for communion. Masks will NOT be provided. Children 9 and under are not required to wear masks, but encouraged to do so. Also, exceptions for those with health or mental health conditions who have difficulties wearing facial covers.
Each person MUST maintain social distancing guidelines at all times. Members of the same household may sit together; all other will be seated 6 feet apart and in alternating pews.
There will be collection baskets available at the entrance for the financial support of the parish, but we highly encourage you to switch to our online giving platform, ParishSoft.
Bathrooms, door handles, and other frequently touched surfaces will be sanitized between events but please make every effort to avoid touching your face with unwashed hands.
Please exit promptly to allow the volunteers to sanitize the church for the next event. Please do not congregate at the exit doors or outside but head directly to your vehicle.
We are excited to see signs of returning to some normalcy and, most especially, returning to the table of our Lord. We thank you for your support and cooperation. Please visit our website for more information on future Mass, Vespers and prayer times.
