Class Description: This is a moderate intensity fitness class featuring the classic PWR!Moves™ positions (back, stomach, hands & knees, sitting, standing), bonus positions (ex. plank, crab), and brain training challenges. You will need an exercise mat and a chair. Yoga blocks optional.
Our Ask: Participants are able to walk at least 15 minutes safely without stopping; Participants are able to get safely down/up from the floor by themselves (holding onto chair OK!)
