Class Description: Time to get your move on and start the week feeling great! This high-intensity workout has it all: PWR!Moves™, vigorous intensity cardio, brain training, strength, and flexibility! You will need an exercise mat and a chair. Light hand weights optional.
Our Ask: Participants are able to walk safely for 25 minutes without stopping and without assistive device (cane, walker, etc); Participants are able to get safely down/up from the floor by themselves (holding onto chair OK!); Participants are able to tolerate vigorous intensity exercise. Please check with your physician or physical therapist before joining this high-intensity exercise class.
