Class Description: If it ain't broke, don't fix it! This class is called "Trusty Thursday" because you always know what you're gonna get: This is a PWR!Moves™ class featuring all 5 PWR!Moves™ positions (back, stomach, hands & knees, sitting, standing). You will need an exercise mat and a chair.
THIS IS A PURPLE LEVEL CLASS: Purple Level workouts are moderate-intensity workouts that may include but are not limited to exercises lying on the back, lying on the stomach, on all 4’s, in sitting, and in standing. You will need an exercise mat and a study chair for these workouts. Yoga blocks, pillows, and bolsters are optional. To participate in Purple Level workouts, you must be able to safely tolerate moderate-intensity exercise and get safely down and up from the floor by yourself or by holding onto a chair. You can easily modify Purple Level workouts if you do not want to get down on the floor.
