Class Description: If it ain't broke, don't fix it! This is a PWR!Moves™ class featuring all 5 PWR!Moves™ positions (back, stomach, hands & knees, sitting, standing). You will need an exercise mat and a chair.
Our Ask: Participants are able to get safely down/up from the floor by yourself (holding onto chair OK!)
