Own a piece of an iconic restaurant's history. Our Dining Huts are 8ft by 8ft and were built in October 2020 to offer a safe and warm outdoor-dining experience to our ever-loyal customers. Each hut has been insulated with 2 inch foam insulation on side walls and ceiling. Interior walls are pallet board wood. The floors are carpeted with carpet squares. They were retro-fitted to have a sliding 36" window opposite of 4 foot door. They have a faux chimney that sits on top of the roof (held down by sand weights-NO roof perforation!) These would make great back yard offices or he shed/she shed. Furniture and light fixtures are not included:/
Auction starts August 1 until midnight August 29th, 2022. (Bidders can join as late as August 25, 2022)
Here's how it works...
- Bidding will run from August 1, to August 29 at 9 pm.
- All proceeds must be paid by September 2, 2022 or your winning bid will be voided:(
- Pay on site via cash or credit card.
- There are 2 huts available to obtain a winning bid and 1 hut left available for BUY NOW option at $2,000. We have already sold 2 (@$2,000) thru the Buy Now option
- BUY NOW option is first come first served. Payment in full will secure a hut for you.
- Top bidders will win a hut. 3% surcharge on credit card payments.
- Sadly, no checks can be accepted:/
NOTE:
-YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTING HUT TO DESIRED LOCATION. Arrange pickup after payment and no later than September 10, 2022. Please arrange to move your hut prior to the opening of business (11 AM) so no damage is done to other customer vehicles.
-Transaction is final and nonrefundable upon payment. Please visit to verify the quality of craftsmanship.
-Not responsible for any damages and we ask that you move them asap after payment.
