Mount Vernon Place Conservancy is looking for volunteers to assist with this year's Flower Mart on May 3rd & 4th! We are looking for help with set up, decorations, crowd control, clean up, and much more. Volunteers have been a crucial part of the success of this event since its founding in 1911. We hope you'll join us!

Thursday Set Up
Volunteers will assist in setting up the parks at Mount Vernon Square. Tasks will include setting up chairs, tables, and trash recepticles, hanging signs and banners, etc.
Friday Morning Set Up
Volunteers will be decorating the squares, setting up, and stocking various locations managed by MVPC. These locations include the Education Tent, the Information Booth, the Lemon Stick Stand, and two Beer/Wine stands.
MVPC Info Booth
Volunteers will distribute information about Flower Mart and other programs offered by MVPC.
MVPC Lemon Stick Stand
A Baltimore tradition! Volunteers will wash and cut lemons, and assemble and sell these treats.
Volunteers will assist in setting up and breaking down scheduled workshops and discussions. They may be moving tables and chairs.
Hospitality Suite/Volunteer Sign In
Volunteers will assist with volunteer check-in and help replenish refreshments
MVPC Beer/Wine Tent #1
*Volunteers must be 21 or over to sign up for this assignment. Volunteers will check IDs for every customer, distribute wrist bands, and pour and sell beer and wine.
MVPC Beer/Wine Tent #2
MVPC Lounge Area
*Volunteers must be 21 or over to sign up for this assignment. Volunteers will help convert the education tent into the MVPC Lounge Area. They will check IDs for every customer, distribute wrist bands, and pour and sell beer and wine.
